I don't care if your kids are fighting each other - don't touch someone's kid. Keep your hands to yourself. With that in mind, the guy probably didn't need to strike this lady considering her own kid was just traumatized by it. In that case, rip her hand off, give it a little twist so she knows you'll snap it in half if she tries it again.
