We used to be a society that would help when they saw someone being mugged, but not anymore. Now everyone is scared to go to jail if they beat up a piece of crap, or they're just standing by recording video. We only need one copy of the video for evidence and everyone else can help stop thugs like this guy in France who robbed someone in broad daylight.
