A small gang of pickpocket thieves was caught on camera robbing a 93-year-old man who was walking out of a Costco in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. You can't even go food shopping anymore. This took place in broad daylight as criminals continue to feel emboldened in soft-on-crime cities run by failing democrat mayors.
