Judge criticized for instructing jurors in Trump trial

The judge in the Donald Trump hush money trial was criticized for his instructions or words to the jury. Trump believes this trial is completely unfair. Many legal experts suggest it went out the window with Michael Cohen and/or Stormy Daniels' testimony. Most people with a working brain believe this trial is a sham, nothing but a road block to stop Donald Trump from campaigning for president - or even a way to get him out of the 2024 election.

It doesn't matter if you like Donald Trump or hate him - the facts of this trial are what's in play here, and if you've been paying attention to the legal aspects of it, then you'd know it's a big joke. Put your feelings to the side and look at the facts only. AP News reported on the deliberations that are taking place:

The jury of seven men and five women was sent to a private room just before 11:30 a.m. to begin weighing a verdict in the first criminal trial of a former U.S. president. The jurors’ discussions will be secret, though they can send notes to the judge asking to rehear testimony. That’s also how they will notify the court of a verdict, or if they are unable to reach one.“It is not my responsibility to judge the evidence here. It is yours,” Judge Juan M. Merchan told jurors.Trump struck a pessimistic tone after leaving the courtroom following an hourlong reading of jury instructions, repeating his assertions of a “very unfair trial” and saying: “Mother Teresa could not beat those charges, but we’ll see. We’ll see how we do.”
