President Joe Biden was licking ice cream one minute, then making sarcastic false claims against Donald Trump the next. Biden suggested that he's not in a mental or cognitive decline by telling people to "look at the other guy." Biden also suggested that Trump doesn't remember his wife's name, but clearly Donald Trump remembers his wife is Melania. However, Joe Biden has many times we've seen for ourselves that show his memory could be in decline. Even the DOJ report said Biden's memory could be an issue.
