A horse was running wild on I-95 around 4:45 in the morning in Philadelphia. Philly cops finally captured and apprehended the suspect horse. It's not clear where the horse came from, but cops had it tied up in the Port Richmond section of Philly. I have no clue what they did with the horse afterwards. Maybe they took it to a farm or the zoo. Who knows. I do know one thing, talking about crime in Philly is like beating a dead horse. Too bad Larry Krasner won't do anything about that though! ba dum tsssssss Hopefully the horse gets a new place to live and stays off the highways. We all know rush hour on 676 is the pits!
