Hakeem Jeffries looks like he struggled to hold a straight face when he said this. Is he holding in a smirk as he spews more nonsense? Does he forget that Democrats impeached Donald Trump twice and failed? Does he forget about the investigations going on into Joe Biden and Hunter Biden?
