Joe Biden was indeed spotted wearing a Trump hat for a moment and the full context of the conversation is very much needed. This took place one day after Donald Trump's debate with Kamala Harris, so naturally people posted pictures of Joe wearing the Trump hat and it sparked speculations and conspiracy theories. The context of the conversation was actually very friendly and called for unity between the Democrats and Republicans.
