Stanley responds when woman's car burns down, but the mug still has cold ice in it

Here's a cool story that's actually a marketing story, but in disguise. This woman's car supposedly burnt down, but her Stanley mug was still in one piece and still had ice in it - allegedly. The car may have been torched, but at least she could have a drink. After she posted the video to TikTok, the president of Stanley saw it and offerr to replace her car. Pretty cool gesture from him and he'll get some good marketing out of it. Here's what Men's Journal wrote about it:

Case in point, a woman posted a video on TikTok this week of the inside of her burned-out car that had caught on fire, yet her Stanley tumbler not only survived the incident unscathed, but even still had ice inside of it. "Thirsty after you catch on fire? Stanley 1913 is like no problem I gotchu," the woman named Danielle captioned the post, in which she tagged the brand. After her post quickly went viral, many people noted that it actually made for a pretty good advertisement for the brand, which is marketed as being "built for life." And given the glowing publicity the post has generated, Stanley is now offering to replace her car. In a stitched TikTok video, Terence Reilly, president of Stanley, reached out to Danielle on behalf of the company to let her know that everyone was glad that she's safe.
