Conflicting reports come out on 4-hour daily humanitary pauses with Israel

UPDATE: Many American outlets are reporting that the White House said Israel agreed to the pauses. However, there may be conflicts in the reporting as we wait to see what other outlets are reporting on the side of Israel. If you're not sure what to think, then just Google it to get the latest updates. Some reports say what the White House is claiming. Other reports are saying Israel is denying what the White House said. What's really going on? I have no clue!!!

This report talks about the alleged refute of Biden's White House claims:

Gaza Border [Israel], November 9 (ANI): Israel on Thursday refuted US claims of four-hour daily ‘humanitarian pauses’ that will allow people to flee hostilities and for deliveries of humanitarian aid in Northern Gaza. Israel is reportedly planning daily four-hour halts in military operations in northern Gaza, as per CNN’s report citing the White House, however, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office has refuted the White House statement asserting Israel’s agreement to a daily humanitarian pause in northern Gaza, starting today, reported Times of Israel.
Original report we did: Oh, how considerate of them to let people flee as their entire towns get destroyed during this insanity. Imagine waking up to find out there's forces at war in your town and now you're given a four hour window of time each day just to FLEE and run to safety. This must be horrible for any civilians dealing with the ongoing warfare taking place between Israel and Hamas. I just can't imagine how the innocent people feel during all of this, no matter what side they're on. The civilians who have nothing to do with this deserve to be safe, it's not them who are fighting, it's the forces that be. KHOU reported on the news coming out of the White House, saying the following in a political news report:

The White House says Israel has agreed to put in place four-hour daily humanitarian pauses in its assault on Hamas in northern Gaza starting on Thursday, as the Biden administration said it has secured a second pathway for civilians to flee fighting.

President Joe Biden had asked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to institute the daily pauses during a Monday call. U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that the first humanitarian pause would be announced Thursday and that the Israelis had committed to announcing each four-hour window at least three hours in advance. Israel, he said, also was opening a second corridor for civilians to flee the areas that are the current focus of its military campaign against Hamas, with a coastal road joining the territory's main north-south highway.

Biden also told reporters that he had asked the Israelis for a “pause longer than three days” during negotiations over the release of some hostages held by Hamas, though he said there was “no possibility” of a general cease-fire. Asked if he was frustrated by Netanyahu over the delays instituting humanitarian pauses, Biden said, “It’s taken a little longer than I hoped.”

Kirby told reporters Thursday that pauses could be useful to “getting all 239 hostages back with their families to include the less than 10 Americans that we know are being held. So if we can get all the hostages out, that’s a nice finite goal.”
