Here's a video that shows a complete scumbag smash a woman's back windshield while her kids were in the car in Philly. She's literally STOPPED in traffic and the scumbag just jumps on the back of her car, smashes her window, and she gets out to confront him. Turns out she was delivering food with her kids in the car because babysitters cost too much - just like everything in Joe Biden's FAILURE of an economy. The Democrats are destroying this country one day at a time. Anyway, the police now have a suspect identified and they're securing a warrant. Hopefully they got the right guy and he gets locked up like the scumbag loser he is.
