President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will spend their weekend in Lake Tahoe ahead of the visit to Maui on Monday.
Initially, the Bidens were slated to spend nearly a week on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe but the trip will be cut short as the two head to Maui to assess wildfire damage and meet with state, local and federal officials.
The President and First Lady are expected to land at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Air Force One at roughly 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 18.
