He can't seem to keep his hands off people and this video shows him putting his mouth on a little girl in a weird childish thing. Dude, can you stop touching people? The kid looks terrified because a political puppet is nipping at her back and she's probably thinking "who's this creepy old man touching me?" If you're not related to the kid, then you don't get to do those "cute" little things. And if you have a bad reputation of being a creep, then you certainly can't be doing this stuff. Joe Biden needs to calm down, because this is just creepy!
