Republican Matt Gaetz reads a Whatsapp text message from Hunter Biden to a Chinese businessman, according to an alleged whistleblower. Gaetz says that sounds like an alleged 'shakedown' and he reads this to Christopher Wray, then asks him about it, but Wray said he won't get into it. Wray is then confronted on why he won't answer it and Wray says he's not protecting the Biden family, but Wray's answer and body language seem to tell all.
Gaetz says: “I’m sitting here with my father. I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father...Sounds like a shakedown, doesn’t it, director?" Wray answers badly, then Gaetz follows p with: "You seem deeply uncurious about it. Almost suspiciously uncurious. Are you protecting the Bidens?”
Gaetz finishes off Christopher Wray with: "You won’t answer the question about whether or not that’s a shakedown, and everybody knows why you won’t answer it, because to the millions of people who will see this, they know it is, and your inability to acknowledge that is deeply revealing about you."
