Donald Trump talked about the American people and their current struggle to buy a new home. Prices for homes have skyrocketed over the years, making houses sell for way more than they are worth - sometimes 2-4xs the amount the home SHOULD sell for. For example, my old home in Philadelphia sold for around $170k and now it's selling for over $300k. That should never happen and anyone buying these homes are getting ripped off. Trump is talking about plans to help find ways to make homes affordable again and any American who wants to buy a home should be listening. Rent is also out of control, at criminal levels, and that should be taken care of too. The housing market has sucked for years.
