Rep. Clay Higgins accused of assault for moving 'beta male' activist out of the way

Rep. Clay Higgins was apparently taking some heat from an activist agitator and decided to move the beta male out of the way. People recorded it and people on the left side of politics, the wrong side, are calling for Higgins to be charged with assault. To be fair, he didn't punch the guy or anything, just casually moved the wimpy guy off to the side to get him away. It's basically what a bouncer does to annoying drunks who get kicked out of a bar. Either way, it's up to the law to decide if this is a chargeable offense or not. If that guy presses charges, then he's a pathetic excuse for a man. You don't press charges over something like this unless you're a loser. You know who should have charges filed, people who commit real crimes in Democrat cities where DA's like Larry Krasner are soft on crime. That's real crime and real problems. Two guys like Higgins and this activist fella having a moment are not worthy of wasting police or lawyer time.

KATC reported on the incident with some other details:
