11 employees claim 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' being run by 'monster' in toxic environment

This is not a good look for any show. One current employee and ten former employees have spoken out about 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' being a very toxic environment being run by a producer who's like a 'monster.' Some of the employees say they're victims of verbal abuse, retaliation, and bullying - but all agree that it has nothing to do with Kelly Clarkson herself and she may not have been aware of how badly the people behind the scenes were being treated.

BLEEPIE uploaded this video to YouTube and wrote the following description for it:

Multiple people who work on set of the Kelly Clarkson show have called out the show’s toxic work environment

This was revealed in an exclusive article posted by RollingStone magazine. It’s been reported that many people are unhappy with how they’re treated on set of the show and that many people are behind the scenes are allegedly horrible to staff

Employees say they were overworked, underpaid, and that working at the show was 'traumatizing' to their mental health. They say a lot of the toxic behavior behind the scenes starts with Alex Duda who is an executive producer on the show.

The staffers agreed that Clarkson herself did not contribute to the negative atmosphere and insinuated that she wasn’t aware of it. Instead, they placed most of the blame on the talk show’s executive producer, Alex Duda, who one staffer referred to as “a monster.”

They also alleged that producers under Duda bullied other employees, with one quitting after a producer “yelled and cursed at them multiple times on stage.” A production manager allegedly threw a stapler across the room and “would speak in a way that you’re not supposed to in a professional environment — cursing, raising his voice, and throwing a huge temper tantrum,” per the sources.

The anonymous staffers also claimed that they were overworked and underpaid. They found the job to be “traumatizing to their mental health.”
