Urgent manhunt underway for guy who threatened to kill Trump, allegedly

An urgent manhunt was underway as authorities were looking for a man accused of threatening to kill Donald Trump. Trump arrived in Arizona today and the manhunt was underway, just about a month after Donald Trump was shot in Butler, PA. MSN had a report on the suspect who's accused of threatening to kill Trump. The report said:

Authorities in Arizona initiated an urgent manhunt for Ronald Lee Syvrud, 66, who allegedly threatened to assassinate former President Donald Trump during his planned visit to the southern border on Thursday. Syvrud was a known sexual offender who had many arrest warrants out for him. It was thought that he was at large in Cochise County, Arizona, an area that had already been noted for security issues.

The suspected assassination scheme came to light as Trump was getting ready to travel to Sierra Vista, a border town notorious for its treacherous topography and smuggling activity. Although Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels acknowledged that the threats were received over social media, the precise nature of the threats remained unknown.
