Matt Gaetz was confronted about his statements that a handful of people were offended by. This took place at a Turning Point event back in 2022 and the video resurfaced on X as people were having a good laugh at it. Gaetz suggested that the people who are supportive of abortion are often too big to march in a protest and not attractive enough to get pregnant. He said, "Why is it that the women with the least likelihood of getting pregnant are the ones most worried about having abortions? Nobody wants to impregnate you if you look like a thumb." Gaetz was confronted about being offensive and he didn't care, he said they can "be offended."
