The agents in particular were the females who looked to be in a panic mode, confused, incapable of holstering a gun quickly, and appearing like they have no idea what's going on.

Female Secret Service agents would be best in the desk jobs, helping with planning, but the agents in the field should be capable of brute force - the toughest of the tough. There is no way that you can tell any of us that there wasn't any men who could beat these lady's out of those jobs. No chance. It's a man's job. End of story.
