President Joe Biden was summoning the deceased George Floyd in a speech he delivered to a mostly African American audience. You would think Joe Biden would tone down his rhetoric against Donald Trump, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It seems like Joe Biden is not interested in unity if he's talking to an audience like this, especially all things considered.
