Beware, because they’re not gonna stop - Kamala Harris

The video is from when Kamala Harris was talking to Stephen Colbert. She was talking about the activists protesting over George Floyd, some of whom were violent and destroying property in various neighborhoods. Many people didn't believe Kamala said these things, but Snopes provided a fact check on it and showed the context:

Snopes readers asked us about the following clip from an interview she did over the summer with Stephen Colbert, comedian and host of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert." A portion of the interview was also shared by Benny Johnson of the conservative nonprofit organization Turning Point USA. Johnson claimed that her language was “instigating violent riots that have left multiple Americans dead"

Harris said:

They’re not gonna stop [...] this is a movement I'm telling you, they’re not gonna stop. And everyone beware, because they’re not gonna stop, they’re not gonna stop before election day in November, and they’re not gonna stop after election day [...] and everyone should take note of that on both levels, that they’re not gonna let up, and they should not, and we should not.

These were indeed her words from the interview on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" in June. While Harris did make that statement, she was not speaking out in favor of the rioting, however.
