18-year-old arrested for doing donuts on a rainbow mural

A guy was arrested for driving on the road, doing a few donuts. There just happened to be a rainbow painted on the road. This could be one of the dumbest charges anyone in America has ever faced. Why? Because a rainbow shouldn't be painted on the road in the first place. It's a road. It's literally meant to be driven on. Doing donuts is optional, but not suggested. Either way, there shouldn't be any criminal charges on this and the man should get a good lawyer. This is a mockery of the legal system and the cops had to be embarrassed making this arrest.

You know who should be charged with a crime? The person who painted the rainbow on the road. It's vandalism. Florida's Voice reported details:

St. Petersburg Police arrested 18-year-old Christian Maier for allegedly doing “donut-burnouts” on the Pride street mural located at the Central Avenue and 25th Street roundabout.

According to the press release, police said Maier was seen on video on May 22, at 3:45 a.m., allegedly “recklessly maneuvering his car in a way to leave several tire marks across the mural and causing significant damage.”

Police previously posted the video of the incident and asked the public to contact them with information.
