Most people on social are saying he wandered off into nowhere, but there was a parachute guy over there and Biden was actually giving him a thumbs up. Biden has a lot of dumb moments recently, but this time he was literally giving someone a thumbs up. But you know how people on social media are, they will distort this video into something it isn't. And trust me, we have plenty of videos of Joe Biden doing senile stupid things, this one just isn't up there on the scale of stupidity like everyone's pretending it is.
